@jaymo1978 - I interpreted the 'do not submit to more than one agent simultaneously' as 'within our agency' not in general. May be wrong, but I have simultaneous subs and didn't get a bounce-back rejection.

I was going to ask how soon would be too soon to query another agent at this company, because their site says not to query more than one simultaneously. BUT, I see at least one person in the comments who took 4 months to hear back, so I guess I'll just keep waiting (I sent mine 88 days ago.) I know they have a way of seeing if a query has been received by more than one agent, so I'm afraid jumping the gun will just cause mine to get thrown out.
